It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closure of the Center for Pediatric Excellence, effective May 31, 2024. Serving our community has been a privilege and an honor, and we are grateful for the trust and loyalty you have shown us over the years.  While we are saddened to bid farewell to our clinic, we also look back with pride on the relationships we have built and the care we have provided. It has been a privilege to be part of your healthcare journey.

Occupational therapist Denise DeLaat is no longer accepting new clients. For existing clients only, she can be reached at ddelaat61@gmail.com

Dr. van Stralen is currently on a medical leave of absence. She will be contacting patients regarding next steps once she is ready to return. In the meantime, all clinical questions and prescription refills should be directed towards your family MD. Messages for Dr. van Stralen or general messages can continue to be sent to admin@cfpe.ca
